I dont think he would raise to 450 on the flop w/ a made straight, seems more than likely that would drive everyone out and no reason to do that.
Your flat call there probably shows a big hand since the price is not nearly correct for a flush draw to call. I am assuming he has a Pair w/ a flush draw and possibly even a gutshot draw.
Thus, he thinks he is behind, donks a 1/6 pot bet to see a cheap river, and says he'll call because he thinks he is priced in but doesnt want you to bet.
I just cant think of many hands that he could possibly have that u have beat. If he isnt on a flush draw in a multiway pot, why would be push a flush card on the river?
