Your raise isn't a bad play, many players would make it, especially short handed. I'm just kind of cautious when someone is re-popping a limped pot with a rainbow-rag board that pairs on the end. What hand would they bet that way? At these stakes it's usually at least 2 pair on the turn.
10-9 wasn't played optimally here, but it wasn't played that much out of the ordinary either.
