Yeah, this is 3bet or fold territory preflop, and even against a 37/17 I'd generally just fold it. Your hand isn't that strong & there are a lot of players left to act who could wake up with a stronger one. The one exception might be if I had been playing tighter than a gnat's bunghole & felt the 3bet would get rid of anything less than JJ/AK.

As far as the turn goes, I like the way you played it. Yeah, you picked up a bunch of outs, but you don't know if MP2 has the flush already (cutting out 5 of your outs if you're counting the gutshot), nor can you be sure he won't 3bet & get rid of your customers. Even in a perfect world where all your outs are live (to the flush and the straight), getting in another round of bets is only slightly +EV.

You pretty much have to donk the river--you got insanely lucky not only that Button tried to steal the pot, but also that UTG decided to call twice.
