2+2 H&F Challenge?
We seem to have a number of people doing Rippetoe and similar workouts. I was remembering a gym I trained at a few years ago that had plaques up for people that did 150% and 200% of bodyweight for the squat, deadlift & bench. I thought we could do something similar.
Maybe a sticky listing names of people who hit all three of say 150% for bench and 200% for deads & squats.
We could have a similar sticky for runners if we have enough of them here, or even a sticky listing everyone here who loses 50+ lb and keeps it off for 6 months?
