then the client you were with was not crucial, and they probably felt it when YOU ANSWERED YOUR PHONE MID MEETING AND TALKED TO SOME CHICK
jeez, you gotta point out that their time is valuable. that is done by turning your phone off and leaving it on the table so they can see you care about them, not a more important client.
