Tipping between 8am and 11am?
So to go along with all the other insane tipping threads and flame wars, what do you guys think about tipping on a 2/4 limit holdem game with a 1/2 kill at $20 in the pot between 8am and 11am. Do you use quarters, halves, dollars, pennies?
How about 4/8 with a full kill or 10/20 with a half kill?
What about if the game is 4/8 badugi and it's short handed with no rake?
Do you hate the dealer for dealing the game or just because they gave you a bad beat and do you tip them less now because of it?
