I haven't played with dataporton but I think his line seems pretty strong. The only hands I see he might do this with that you beat are 88-TT. Given the board paired and there are 2 flush draws out, he leads turn to protect his own hand.
I'd imagine his most likely holdings are a larger pair or 76/65s.
