Perhaps you need to clarify this a little better.
As regards to the Swiss guys not stamping the passports, they never do it. You have to actually ask them to. Same goes for Leichenstein.
I can also vouch for Croatia. It is half the price of Western Europe, hot girls, beautiful islands, and you can hop over to Slovenia for your live poker needs.
