Well, I would probably bet bigger on the flop - around 3.5, but it doesnt matter too much.
I pretty much agree with your statement here:
"So when I get it in in these spots and win I think I made a good play and when I call off my stack I think I should have known better"
Its a tough decision on the turn here. I will call or fold based on reads/my feel of the player + TBH I will rarely fold this if I am at all tilting.
