any Sally Jackson cheese
Maytag Blue
Humboldt Fog
Cowgirl Creamery Mt. Tam (Cowgirl also distributes Neal's Yard cheeses in the US, I believe. If you don't know about Neal's Yard, do yourself a favor and look into it.)
