I'm white, but put me on the list at 7 5/8. I'm also about 6'6" so it's fairly proportional.
The biggest head I've ever seen was on this Japanese basketball player trying to recruit people to go play in Japan. The deal is that you'd have some simple office job, but they really pay you to play ball for their company. Didn't do it, but it was interesting to learn about.
Anyhow, I didn't get a chance to measure his hat size, but the guy was around 7'6" tall and had a head as big as a ripe watermelon. Not a spherical one, but an oblong ginormous one.
