Um..... after doing more research. This "subsidy" is just people making tax deductions on their work vehicles. It's mostly for trucks and stuff but if a luxury SUV is required for work (say a limo service or something) then it's included. I'm sure this gets abused but the quote natedogg put in bold is intentionally very misleading.
