Default Re: Is it acceptable to post PMs?

[ QUOTE ]
A certain 2+2 poster sent me a PM threatening to have me banned because I have disagreed with or challenged too many of his posts. In his mind this makes me a troll.

I would like to post the threatening PM he sent me just to put it on the record in case he does get me banned.

I figure if I'm really banworthy he has no reason to keep his efforts secret.

1. If you're not trolling, the chances that the guy can get you banned is small.

2. Physical threats are obviously not tolerated. PM the mod whose forum this incident stems from and report him. Threats to get someone banned are a different story and not considered that big a deal.

3. Posting PMs you get is considered stupid and might get deleted, but generally we don't ban people for it. If you are worried about this, send a copy of the PM to the appropriate mod or myself.

4. If you do get banned and you want to complain about it, you can send an e-mail to forum-master@twoplustwo.com and and Admin will review the ban. If a mod is threatening you, you can PM an admin to have them review the situation.
