Thanks. Try playing it where everyone reveals the upcard at the same time, and one player at a time. My concern with one at a time is that it gives a huge advantage to acting last, and those acting early may not come in the pot.

Also, when everyone shows their card at once you have to try and guess what your opponents might do based on past reveal patterns.
