Ha, good luck with that. They'll be defensive from the start. Approach it delicately.
Once you have their attention, a way to approach it might be:
Pretend there are no blinds. I go all-in for 500. The person next to me calls my 500 and raises another 500. The next person calls the 1000 and re-raises. The first raiser folds. Both players called the original 500.
