Rakeback on iPoker was banned months ago. NoIQ poker were involved in a blatent breach of network rules and have hence now had to end their offer of rakeback. I imagine they would have had to pay a heavy fine.
They set up solely to attract high volume players by offering them rakeback knowing that it was against network rules.
