Playmates get $20,000, the Playmate of the Year gets $100,000.
Don't quote me on the rest, but someone told me that for non Playmate
pictorials, girls selected to pose clothed get $100; semi-clothed
brings $250; and nude is $500.

They do not get paid yearly.
They get paid based on their work.
A centerfold gets $25,000.
Playmate of the Year gets an additional $100,000
Girls aspiring to be centerfolds can make $5,000 shooting in special issues/circulars while trying to get in the centerfold.
There are also the bunnies who work in the clubs that remain and pull down a salary based on work and not photographs.
And then there are the intangibles such as the playboy necklace they receive when they get in the magazine. There is the connections they make at the mansion and through the mansion to get better modelling and acting jobs. There are the articles they are allowed to submit which may get published far more quickly than writers who have no connection to a major magazine. And there are videos that pay an additional $20,000 more or less, depending on the girl's stardom. And there is the Playboy Network if they want to work for them. Plus, they have contacts in the music industry as well.
In any given year they can make quite a lot for themselves.
