I believe it is the first skin of the retooled poker.com, which they looked to change for marketing reasons (can't advertise ".com" at events, which doesn't leave much to advertise for poker.com).
I did a promo at poker.com a while back... it's a small site, not a lot of traffic, but I do like their software.
