I think being the preflop raiser, a push here is representing an overpair or overcards+FD. I think the c/r from EP is probably a set or an overpair lower than queens.

So why is shoving better than calling $16 and seeing what the turn brings? I guess it depends on the hand ranget you think he has. What hand range do you put him on for the c/r?

its definitely closer as the pfr vs a pf faltcaller, but the hands we have the best equity against (overpais <QQ) will shut down to a lot of our outs, so i think shoving is OK. calling is fine too though i think this spot is razor thin. I probably shove too for image purposes since i think the diff in EV is minimal readless.
