Haha, blocking IPs - true to the Chinese censorship style. Just be careful, if you get a warning from any sorta gov't official local or state, I'd send them a batch of cookies, destroy the hard drive and buy a brand new one. You don't wanna get caught up over there, you may go into the dark for the next 20 years.......think Tank Man.
