Have any U.S. players been able to withdraw their account balance into their respective bank account? The reason I ask is that this option is becoming more and more popular and I haven't ever heard a single person ever say that they got paid.
There is a misguided thread on CM about this topic that isn't very informative, however I would still like some feedback from anyone who has withdrawn in the past month or so.
