I'd either lead $111 and call a shove on the turn or just open shove here. A lot of villians will call you here with TP and a FD, but wouldn't bet if checked too. If you lead and then are raised you have to call for the odds of filling up. I see no reason why he can't have QxJs, KsQx, or AsQx here. No one has mentioned this yet, but that is at least some part of his range and these hands would almost always take a free card on the turn which you can't really afford to give.
