So here is how I played the Hands.

1.)
I thought im often enough good in this spot so I shoved.

UTG raises to $1, 3 folds, Hero raises to $3, UTG calls $2.

Flop: ($6.10) 4[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], 9[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], Q[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (2 players)
Hero bets $4.5, UTG raises to $10, Hero raises $26.04 (All-In), UTG calls $18.25 (All-In).

I dont believe he would push with the flush and put him on a weaker ace. Little bit optimistic maybe, and I dont think I would play it the same way next time.

I think you guys are right and this should be a call.
I sensed weakness out of his 1/3 Pot bet at this point.
I had 2 overcards to the board and minimum 1 should be live, + the NFD.
I thought I had enough fold equity, so i pushed in this spot. Not too smart maybe because of him feeling committed at this point.
Next time i guess it would be better to call and fold to a blank river.
