When you're in bed with her, spoon her. Put your arm around her waist and your hand on stomach. Play with her belly fat.
She may ask "are you playing with my fat," to which you'll respond, "yeah, you don't mind me deriving some sort of pleasure from your unsightly belly bulge do you? I mean, you love me right?"
