The bigger issue is whether people are cognizant of small payjumps if they're not told one is about to happen. It seems to be the case that they're only cognizant of the intial pay bubble. Removing the site telling them that a baby pay jump is happening is probably the best way to slow these things down and it should definately be tried for the Million.
