There's a lot to consider in a hand like this. How much have you played with Arie? I don't think I like the play out of the blinds all that much, seems like a big risk for small reward IMO. Had Arie raised and got 3 callers and it got to you and you popped to 800-1000 I'd like it a lot more.
As it is you are repping a monster hand, but we all know how often people will go to the felt with weakish hands so I'd be leary.
As played, I'd probably fold to his reraise. I might sometimes check/raise the flop (if I'd done that with a set during the session with good results especially).
I don't love this flop to shove on, either, lots of hands fit his likely range that will call your shove. If it was 5-9-Qr I'd like your play a lot better.
