I haven't been in awhile so I am probably off with the tables and other info.

They should already be following the rules, if they have any. On several occasions I have heard two different rulings on the same matter. Most of their staff know nothing about running a poker room. And yeah, any room would look good compared to the old one. But why cafeteria yellow? Nasty.
