Lay down a boat in a live 20-40 against an unknown for one bet...ummmmm... I have over-called in that spot with A-hi and scooped the pot.
I'm not saying that it's always right to call in that spot, but against unknowns I just fling eight chips in the pot and be done with it. If the last player to act check raises, you can safely fold.
