Exactly. This is a mix between "collusion" and violating the "show one show all" rule that most rooms have. So, even if the person showing the cards doesn't realize it, the person seeing the cards is violating these two rules (for all you sticklers that seem to be OK with acting unethically, as long as it's not breaking a "rule").
