Has anyone that went this route successfully withdrawn their money from the poker site?

I did a P2P Neteller transfer and then the money was sent from the player to my Ultimate Bet account. Now Ultimate Bet is giving me the run around that I cannot withdraw my funds because it was not accumulated from "game-play", even though previously I was told I just needed to reach a certain level of play requirement which I had confirmed from another rep that I had reached on March 8th. I requested a withdrawal on March 10th and never received it so I got back with customer support and now they are saying the only way to get the money out is to transfer it back to the player who transfered to my account.

Can anybody help me or tell me how they got their money out of the poker account once they did a P2P? This is more frustrating than Neteller keeping my other money because I feel as though I was duped by what I thought was a legitimate organization in Ultimate Bet.

Anyone who can shed some light on this situation it is appreciated.
