I would never 3-bet this against a good player.

If villain is good, what worse hand is he raising the flop with, calling turn and then raising river. AND what worse hand does he expect Hero to be calling with? Plz mind that if he is bluffing a 3-bet has no value

Considering Hero's flop 3-bet, bet turn and bet river line, villain has to put Hero on a good PP or a good A. Given this, villain is either value raising quads or bluffing air hoping hero folds A high. Against this range a 3-bet has no value.
