Agree with Daryn, all these retards telling me I lost cuase I didnt hit the black. Not a rule, [censored].
So to clarify:
Scratch on break: foul, continue playing
Scratch on normal ball: foul, ball behind the line at most bars, but really it SHOULD be ball in hand anywhere
Miss the 8-ball: foul, game continues
Hit a ball but no rail contact: foul, like scratch on normal ball.
