Yes, this was a critical addition in the WV Senate.

Also note, that it is the Northern Panhandle Casinos, Wheeling Island, and Mountaineer that are going to have the special elections in June. The other two counties are expected to take things much slower because the economy in those areas are much better, so there is going to be more opposition to it passing there.
