I don't see the merit in calling the flop. If you are going to commit yourself on the turn anyway it seems like you are only giving a free card to hit a str8 or a better set. If you check turn I doubt anyone's betting that doesn't have you beat, giving another free card.
The way its played out, I'd say your only option is to push here. You might get looked by someone who can't let go of a big PP or someone who is for some reason convinced you have 45.
I know most of the time you will just take it down here but I don't think anymore money is going in anyway unless someone improves over you, and flop is the best time to represent a semibluff.
