Sounds like a total crapshoot. And even with the most donkish players in the world, you're going to have a hard time beating that rake. Plus, do you really think your ROI there is 15% better than it would be online? I highly doubt it. Overall online, you'll have a better ROI, smaller variance, and can play more than one table at a time. So just tell the casino operator to shove it.
