EVERY Nevada licensee has signs posted which expressly say that chips are not valid for use in any monetary manner, other than gambling .... or some wording to that effect.
That this comes as news to Nolan is a bit astounding, inasmuchas he has probably been in Nevada casinos thousands of times per year.
