BB's cold call is very scary unless he's a total donk, and this is a very bad flop for your hand. I probably would just C/F here, since I think the only hand you're going to push BB off is another AK. If you are going to cbet make it closer to 30-35 or so, 20 here isn't going to work very often at all.
