Default Software Design Needed

As I have mentioned before, I'm opening a small poker room.

If anyone is interested, I'll pay up to $250 to design some waiting list software. (Knowing nothing about programming, if $250 is insulting, I apologize). I posted this project on an outsourcing site, but then decided there are plenty of talented programmers here. And, just maybe, you might actually enjoy it?

Basically I want it to do the following:

1. Display what level tables are currently running.
2. Display how many people are currently seated (maximum 9)
3. Below that it must allow us to enter names for a waiting list
-The waiting list must automatically update when we take number 1 off the list. IE everyone moves up a number.

For example:

Table 1: 1000/2000 No Limit
9/9
Waiting List
1. David K.
2. John G.

4. The software must be able to expand, from listing one table up to 7 tables. Obviously adjusting the space used to keep it looking good.

5. Below the current tables and waiting lists, it must display the current Bad Beat Jackpot

"Bad Beat Jackpot: $246,587"

7. It also must be able to display the Current High Hand. This would go to the right of the Bad Beat Jackpot (although only when this promotion is running, otherwise, it will be the Bad Beat Jackpot employing the entire line).

"Current High Hand: Jacks full of Tens"

8. The software must also incorporate our logo and name and be esthetically pleasing.

9. All information will be manually entered by an employee. Therefore the software must be reasonably user friendly.

Please let me know if you have any questions.

Thanks,

Oscar
