LOL, I always thought their stance was you were buying the rose and the glass tube was just packaging. There's a Mobil station in LA where the guy keeps a stash of pipes and Chore Boy behind his little enclosure. They must sell 1000s of each every night. Gee guess I want to buy a mini rose for my girlfriend and do some spring cleaning at 3am.
What sucks is if they clamp down on glass pipe sales, people's car antennas start disappearing. And crackheads start getting severe burns on their lips.
