Can I get some serious answers please?

Your friend got caught? I can't tell if you're being sarcastic or serious.

PLEASE, CAN ANYONE GIVE ME SERIOUS ADVICE?

He was being sarcastic.

Nevada has an internet poker law that requires SITES to be licensed in Nevada. This law is probabaly unconstitutional, but it does not affect you as a player anyway: Nevada has no law making the PLAYING of online poker illegal.

As for suggestions on places to move, Nevada is a good choice tax wise and for a number of obvious other reasons. I'd live there if it wasnt for the summer heat. But you could also move to New Hamsphire, the "live free or die" state: No income tax, no sales tax, beautiful scenery and no law against internet poker - no casinos in NH though, closest non-charity live poker is 2 1/2 hours away in Foxwoods. And winters in NH can be rough if you dont like snow.
