Everytime I go to the casino I see this. When people go to the cage and get their chips and sit down they never know what to do with the rack. They take all the chips out of the rack and they are looking all over the place to find a spot to put it lol.

Part of becoming great at poker is using your powers of observation. Start paying attention to where all these players are putting their racks. I am never tripping over racks so I am thinking these guys must know what they are doing.
