I would definitely call hand 1. You need him to push around at least 55%, but I think you can be pretty confident that he is considering your read and the fact that you can be calling significantly looser than this and it's still right for him to be pushing that range. In these spots, it seems like it's not a matter of figuring out his range exactly, although that would be optimal. It's just like, does he know what to do here or not. Once he pushes five or six hands in a row, I think that's more than enough to demonstrate that he understands the situation, either mathematically or intuitively. Your hand would have to be worse to make this close.

Yea I instacall hand 2. It would be absurd for him to not to push enough hands to profit here, especially since he demonstrated he understands this stuff with his bubble play.
