Preflop: I think raising 77 UTG is marginally profitable, so I think this is the right play.

Flop: I would just call here, with the intention of leading a safe turn card. If CO is raising for a free card, then he may well cap the flop, and then you are pretty much forced to check to him on the turn. I think this is a close decision, but I think calling and leading gives you the best value by keeping you from making a turn mistake.

Turn: Looks good.

River: I guess I'd bet/fold here unless your opponent is capable of raising the river as a bluff, in which case I'd check behind. Even though the board is scary, I don't think your opponent will put you on a straight, and will pay you off with two pair, which I think is a reasonably likely hand for him to hold on this particular board.
