No...she's simply being a chick. They generally don't intentionally play mind games, they simply act in illogical ways that are hard for us to logically decipher - thus it feels like a weird mind game.

You can feel free to text her later. What's important is that it's on YOUR TERMS...like when you have time to text, etc and text about something interesting YOU want to discuss or say.
