Think of it this way - If the other guy folds you don't need to show any cards. So if you show one and he folds you're good.
But, players flipping cards around and/ or getting fancy in what / how they show just leads to confusion and eventually trouble. Contrary to what some might have you believe it is possible to follow rules and still have a good time. [img]/images/graemlins/wink.gif[/img]
I would try to explain that if they continue to persist with their actions that it might lead to problems down the road (splashing the pot is another problematic area. No need to be a total nit about it, but just try to reign in the chaos. If there is a defacto leader it will help to have him on your side so maybe address this with him individually as he will be the one everyone looks to for a ruling when the crap hits the fan.
