should have gone on dinner reseating. go up to the desk and ask to be put on dinner reseating, and you have two hours to come back and sign back up. when you do, you're second on the list.

1) saturdays have been crazy lately. a couple weeks ago I waited five hours for a 20/40 minbet holdem seat.

2) probably an influx of dealers or a tournament finished.

3) not everyone that plays the sngs would play 1/2. also the flexibility of the sngs allow them to host as many act tournaments as they can fill. I suspect these are a goldmine because they're effectively quadruple+ raking these (I don't actually know that for a fact)
