That sounds good too.

I don't know that part of the country well, I'm a west coaster mainly, but to me that whole Arkansas-Georgia-Carolina mountain range is pretty similar, am I wrong? Also, I'm not a big fan of humidity or Republicans but I plan to just grow some food and do a lot of hiking, biking, and riding.

Nice outdoor/nature is a big big plus, mountains, rivers, etc.
