I think you have to call.
With the Antes you're getting over 5:1, and need just under 4 outs to make it CEV neutral. (I haven't done the ICM calc, but it's sure to be $$EV+++ to call).
I think his range is wide enough here to include hands other than a Q to justify the call.
If you fold your M=1.4 and you will be getting your chips in EV- in the next hand or 2.
