Yup. I agree with this.
I think you gotta pick the right type of board to second barrel on. I havn't quite figured out the right kind of board to second barrel on yet, bland or drawy! A 1/2 psb on the turn will get many players to fold draws HU. A second barrel on blank turn after a Kxx rainbow flop will get out many weak second pairs.
