If you want too win try this. Never go or call an all in unless your very short stacked against a player who 50% of your chips or more preflop. Let the crazys nock each other out. I think your better make a 3-5 BB bet to try and pick up blinds and if you get raised all in fold unless you don't mind risking being put out. First try and be ITM then try and win.
